Dannible & McKee, LLP , a leading certified public accounting and consulting firm, announced today that Victor W. Vaccaro, Jr., PA/ABV, CFF, will begin his tenure as Managing Partner at Dannible & McKee effective July 1, 2026. Vaccaro succeeds Christopher Didio, CPA, CFE, who is retiring after more than 40 years with the firm. During his time as Managing Partner, Didio helped guide the firm’s growth, strengthen its culture and reinforce its reputation as a trusted advisor to businesses throughout New York and beyond.
A partner with Dannible & McKee for more than three decades, Vaccaro previously served as Partner-in-Charge of Assurance Services and has more than 36 years of experience advising privately held businesses, government contractors, manufacturers, distributors and professional service firms. His expertise includes Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) overhead audits,
business valuations, ownership transitions, mergers and acquisitions and forensic accounting. Throughout his career, Vaccaro has advised business owners and executives on growth strategies, ownership transitions, operational performance and financial decision-making, helping organizations strengthen profitability and create long-term value.
Vaccaro holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credentials awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) Business Valuation and Litigation Services Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of CenterState CEO. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in multiple states, Vaccaro earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Clarkson University, graduating magna cum laude. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Vaccaro is active in the community through leadership roles with the Manlius Family YMCA, the Onondaga Historical Association and the Northeast UAS Airspace Integration Research (NUAIR) Alliance.
