Reunion Giving

Reunion is a time to reflect on the impact Clarkson has had on your life. Clarkson presented you with opportunities to grow and learn – it’s where you found your place in the world and developed relationships that have stood the test of time. Your reunion gift is powerful because it will help guarantee that the students of today and tomorrow can enjoy the meaningful Clarkson experience that has added so much to your life.

Celebrate During Reunion Weekend!

During Reunion Weekend, we want to celebrate your Reunion Giving accomplishments! While working together, we want to see how much Reunion classes (those ending in 9’s or 4’s from 1959-2019) can fundraise altogether toward Reunion Giving 2024 (last year was $6,307,040) and which class will raise the most dollars individually and which one will have the highest giving participation rate. Also, by participating in Reunion Giving, you may be recognized in the Good Knights Guild, our new donor recognition program. If you’re already a member, we thank you for your generosity and continuing your support!

  • Dollars Raised: Gifts toward any designation at Clarkson count toward your class gift when made from July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024. However, we encourage you to make your special gift to the Clarkson Fund, in honor of your Reunion, as we currently allocate all Clarkson Fund dollars to provide scholarship support to students who deserve access to the CU experience. Dollars raised are counted from outright cash gifts, matching gifts, multi-year pledges (for up to five years when your first gift is made on it by June 30, 2024), and planned gifts.
  • Class Giving Participation: This percentage rate is determined by the number of donors in the class divided by the total number of classmates. As a reunion donor, this could be your annual gift, a payment made on a previous pledge you made, or perhaps a matching gift that came in that you received credit for. For some of you, it may be your planned gift. No gift is too small to make a difference, so use you gift of any size to show your appreciation and pay it forward to current and future Golden Knights.
