We are now accepting nominations for Alumni Association Awards for Reunion 2025! Eligible class years must end in 0 or 5 (with exception to the Lifetime Engagement Award, as class years 1974 and earlier are eligible to be nominated regardless of graduation year).
Clarkson Alumni Association Awards
The purpose of these awards is to recognize and reward alumni for outstanding service to Clarkson University and to build pride among alumni in our alma mater. Awards are presented as part of Reunion Weekend in July.

Golden Knight Award
Created in 1962 to recognize alumni who have distinguished themselves as Clarkson’s best representatives and ambassadors. Current year recipient citations and photographs are displayed in the Alumni Gateway for the following academic year.
- Presented to an alumnus who graduated 25 years or later.
- Candidates should demonstrate a unique combination of career accomplishment, service to Clarkson, and service to their community.
Woodstock Award
Created in 1986 to recognize young alumni achievement and service to Clarkson. Current year recipient citations and photographs are displayed in the Alumni Gateway for the following academic year.
- Presented to an alumnus who graduated 5 to 20 years ago.
- Candidates should demonstrate a unique combination of career accomplishment, service to Clarkson, and service to their community.
Honorary Alumnus
- Recognize and reward non-alumni for outstanding service to Clarkson University or the Alumni Association.
Stub Baker 1927 Service Award
- Recognize non-alumni and alumni for exemplary service and commitment to Clarkson and the objectives of the Alumni Association.
Lifetime Engagement Award
- Presented to alumnus who graduated at least 50 years ago.
- Recognize alumni who have remained engaged and supportive of Clarkson’s mission from students onward.
