IBM Academy of Technology Initiative leader and member of the IBM Academy of Technology who has led and completed 10+ Initiatives with at least four Initiatives closed with a “Highly Satisfied” rating and the rest closed with a “Satisfactory” rating since January 1, 2020, and at least one must have been within the 12 months prior to the badge request. The badge earner must have completed at least one speaking engagement.
