Barton & Loguidice announces Promotion for Karen Clark, P.E.

Karen Clark, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President. A resident of Loudonville, New York, she received her B.S. degree in Civil Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. Clark is a member of the firm’s Water Resources Practice Area working from Barton & Loguidice’s Albany office.
