Cindy Dowd-Greene named Volunteer of the Year by the Baldwinsville Volunteer Center.
Cindy Dowd Greene is being honored for many years of volunteering in our community, including for the Northwest Family YMCA, the Baldwinsville Community Scholarship Foundation, and the BVC’s Christmas Bureau.
