IBM Service Corp Certification Badge

Patrick Meaney ’86 has obtained an IBM Service Corps Alum badge for his P-TECH Summer Internship leadership. High School STEM students worked as interns at various IBM sites to gain experience, grow their networks, and apply their skills to solve industry and social problems.

Pat connected with Newburgh Free Academy P-TECH students locally in Poughkeepsie, NY, as well as virtually with other interns around the US.

The IBM Service Corps alum has lived IBM’s purpose, values, and practices while on an international social impact project. This individual served on a multi-cultural, gender-balanced, cross-functional, pro bono consulting team of IBMers that empowered a developing world institution to better serve their beneficiaries. Through their service, this individual has developed skills necessary to better perform at IBM and better serve their community, their clients, and the world.
