Bob Housel of Masters RMC Inc. was elected as chairman of the Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association (PACA) Board of Directors. Housel has over 30 years of experience in the industry. He began his career in 1990 at Masters Concrete, a third-generation family-owned company started in 1932 by his grandfather, Richard Masters. Housel currently serves as the president of both Masters RMC and Red Oak Sand and Gravel LLC, in addition to his involvement with PACA.
