| I wrote and published my second book, “The Great Civil Engineering Overhaul,” which is available through the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). The book details the effects climate change has had and will continue to have on civil infrastructure and what alterations are required to enable civil engineers to work under changing climate conditions, resulting in what amounts to an “overhaul” in the civil engineering discipline.
