Creighton Manning Engineering & Surveying, a GAI Company, Announces Don Adams to Guide Company’s Continued Growth
Creighton Manning Engineering & Surveying, PLLC, a GAI Company, which serves as the New York Transportation & Infrastructure Business Sector of GAI Consultants, Inc. (GAI), announced that Vice President Don Adams, PE, PTOE, has been appointed business sector leader effective April 6, 2026.
In this leadership role for the Creighton Manning business sector, Mr. Adams succeeds former Creighton Manning Co‑Presidents John M. Tozzi, PE, and Edward Woods, PE, who have transitioned into advisory roles with the company.
“I am honored and excited to step into the role of GAI’s New York Business Sector Leader,” said Adams. “Over my 20 years with Creighton Manning, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with our talented staff to support the technical needs of our clients. I look forward to building on our strong foundation and helping to guide Creighton Manning toward continued growth and success.”

In announcing his move to an advisory role, John M.
