Fall Fest Reunion: Schedule of Events

UPDATE (8/31/21)
All guests will be required to submit proof of vaccination and/or submission of a negative result from a PCR COVID-19 test taken three-days or less prior to arrival.

As part of our COVID-19 response practices, Amanda Ross, FNP-BC, the Director of our Student Health which is managed by St. Lawrence Health System, will be send all registrants an email closer to the event date to request that you and all persons in your party submit proof of vaccination and/or submission of a negative result from a PCR COVID-19 test taken three-days or less prior to arrival.  This is consistent with our University practices for sponsored activities that include people beyond our campus members. 

REGISTRATION PACKET PICKUP WILL BE AVAILABLE STARTING FRIDAY – SEPTEMBER 17, 2021 AT 12:00 PM (NOON) INSIDE WOODSTOCK LODGE

Friday, September 17:

Noon – 6:00 pm: Packet Pick-Up / Registration OPEN
Location: Woodstock Lodge

3:00 pm Cheel Arena Update and Tour
Location: Cheel Campus Center

4:30 pm President’s Welcome Back Cocktail Hour
Location: ERC Atrium

6:00 pm Dinner & Drinks for Fall Fest Attendees ($30)
Location: ERC Atrium

Saturday, September 18

8:00 am – Noon Packet Pick-Up / Registration OPEN
Location: Woodstock Lodge

10:00 am Campus Tours with Admissions
Location: Holcroft House

11:00 am Presidential Town Hall & Campus Update
Student Center – Multi-Purpose Rooms

Noon Lunch BBQ ($20) 
Location: Ginny’s Garden – Large Tent Outside

1:00 pm Clarkson Ignite Showcase
Location: ERC Atrium

4:30 pm – 9:00 pm All Attendee Happy Hour, Alumni Award Presentation & Dinner  ($40)
