Q: What classes are celebrating milestone reunions in 2021?
A: All classes ending in 0, 1, 5, 6
Example: 2016, 2015, 2011, 2010, 1996, 1995, 1970, 1971, etc.

Q: What if I am not in a milestone reunion but would still like to attend reunion weekend?
A: ABSOLUTELY! Everyone is welcome back to reunion, no questions asked! If you haven’t received anything electronic by mid-May, please contact the alumni office or phone 315-268-6467 to make sure your email address is up-to-date.

Q: When will registration open?
A: Online Registration will open May 1, 2021.

Q: What if an emergency comes up and I need to cancel after I already registered?
A: No problem! You can request a full refund anytime before July 1st. After July 1st, no refund will be given for any fees or charges associated with Reunion weekend. By this date, we have given firm commitments and guarantees to vendors and other partners that generate nonrefundable expenses to Clarkson University. 

Q: What type of lodging is available during reunion weekend?
A: All classes will be housed on-campus. Members of your class are housed together. Your class is assigned to a dormitory based on the numbers that are returning for your class. Single and double rooms are available. Please make note on your registration form if special housing arrangements are needed. RV’s please park in lower Cheel Campus Center lot or Walker Arena.

Q: Can I make arrangements to be housed with friends?
A: Yes. Make sure to note on your registration the names of those with whom you would like to share a room or who you would like to be housed nearby. If you are planning to share a room with someone, both parties should indicate that they will be rooming with each other on the registration form.

Q: Are pets allowed on campus?
A: We are sorry, but no pets are allowed on campus.

Q: If I have special dietary requirements, will arrangements be made?
A: Yes. Please indicate on your registration form if you have special dietary requirements. Dining and conference services will make the necessary arrangements.

Q: What should I pack?
A: We recommend packing casual clothes for most of the weekend. If you are going to be inducted into the Golden Year’s Club, are planning a festive class dinner or are receiving special recognition, you might want to pack a casual jacket or business casual clothing. In case of rain and/or cold weather, bring slickers, sweaters and umbrellas. Playpens and portable cribs should be on young families’ lists.

Q: What’s included in the dormitory housing?
A: Rooms are provided with twin size bed(s), linens, blanket, pillow, towel, washcloth. You may want to bring your own towels, slippers, bathrobe, coat hangers, etc. Some alumni bring their own pillow and fans as well. Please note that the rooms are basic residence hall rooms and are NOT air-conditioned. They do not provide the same luxuries as a hotel room would.
